4 rice wafers
200 gr Almond Butter
2 tsp Coconut oil
2-3 Tbsp of Greek Honey
Step by step
- In a bowl, mix the almond butter and honey.
- Crumble in the rice cakes and mix together.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate couverture in a baine marie, add the coconut oil and mix until glossy.
- With the first mixture, shape small balls and submerge in the chocolate.
- Let them cool in fridge.
