5 ingredients

Baking chocolate

4 rice wafers

200 gr Almond Butter

2 tsp Coconut oil

2-3 Tbsp of Greek Honey

Step by step

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond butter and honey.
  2. Crumble in the rice cakes and mix together.
  3. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate couverture in a baine marie, add the coconut oil and mix until glossy.
  4. With the first mixture, shape small balls and submerge in the chocolate.
  5. Let them cool in fridge.
