Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This is a vegan, no bake, airy chocolate pudding that can be enjoyed immediately 😊.

Ingredients:

1 medium avocado

65 gr baking chocolate

¼ cup of almond milk ( or milk of your choice)

a pinch of salt

Step by Step:

  1. Melt the couverture over a bain-marie of gently simmering water. 
  2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer into serving bowls or jars to chill in the fridge at least 1 h.

Tip: Add half tsp of grounded mastic for extra taste!
